Digital training technology
Modern training and therapy methods need more than just equipment - they need intelligent systems that simplify processes and improve results. Efficient, networked and future-proof: with our digital software solutions proxoforce, VITALITY CARE and smart training panels, you can make your physiotherapy practice not only more modern, but also more sustainably successful.
Whether documentation, patient motivation or therapy planning - our networked software and hardware solutions help you to reduce administrative tasks and gain more time for the essentials - your patients.
proxoforce, central software solution for recording, evaluating and documenting muscular performance for the compass 540, compass 600 and kardiomed 700 lines, enables precise strength measurements, analyzes progress over the entire course of therapy and supports you in planning evidence-based treatment strategies. The software visualizes results in an understandable way for therapists and patients - for maximum comprehensibility and motivation.
VITALITY CARE is the modern software solution for efficient training planning and member management for the VECTOR MED and Cardio 4000 MED (CVT) lines - ideal for medical fitness, prevention and supervised training. In just a few clicks, you can create individual training plans with customizable modules for every performance level. Thanks to integrated analysis functions, you can always keep an eye on the development of your patients and members. Free exercises can be flexibly integrated to create a holistic training concept.
Training success in sight - the goal in sight
smart assist - Intuitive touchscreen training panel with RFID
The smart assist, the smart patient interface directly on our compass therapy devices, is equipped with a high-resolution 11" color touchscreen and guides patients intuitively through every exercise. It can be operated intuitively at the touch of a finger - ideal even for older or inexperienced users. Large, clearly recognizable icons have been scientifically tested and make training guidance visibly easier.
The training panel displays repetitions, ranges of motion and device settings - visually, clearly and in real time. The collected training data flows automatically into the proxoforce software, supporting seamless documentation. For more independence during training, fewer errors and maximum transparency in therapy.
Thanks to integrated RFID technology, patients can register contactlessly, while the optional position sensor system enables reproducible device settings - for fast, safe and customized training.
The highlight: the smart assist works independently of our software. This means that quickstart or power training with visual real-time feedback and quality display can be carried out at any time - even without a linked training plan and ideal for operators who want the flexibility to retrofit the software.
With the smart assist, individual training begins with testing: three scientifically based strength test procedures reliably record the patient's current performance level. In combination with the patented ultrasound measurement sensor technology and the proxoforce training planning software, tests and training sessions can be carried out on any number of devices - safely, reproducibly and conveniently integrated into everyday therapy.
The test results are automatically transferred to the proxoforce software at the therapist's workstation (TAP). This creates an individual training plan in the shortest possible time, which specifically addresses personal deficits and optimally supports the therapy goals of your patients and clients.

Visual feedback system
A central component of the smart assist is an innovative feedback system that visualizes an individual or defined movement sequence in the form of a sinusoidal curve. The concentric/eccentric muscle tension is consciously controlled by determining the range of movement and the speed of movement, which leads to a higher muscular utilization at a lower load intensity and offers the patient/customer maximum self-control and training safety. Particularly noteworthy is the possibility of personalizing the preset curves in the concentric, eccentric and isometric movement and holding phases. The individual movement curve is displayed as a white line (target curve) through three even repetitions within the black-transparent functional area. The actual execution is shown as a red line (actual curve). The black-transparent curve outline forms the tolerance range. Compared to training on "classic" strength equipment, the neuromuscular demands on the training are increased, which also achieves a coordinative effect that should not be underestimated.

Training quality
The extent of the training success is determined by the training quantity and quality. The smart assist fulfills these requirements at the highest level. The training performance can be displayed in clear graphics. The detailed views show the speed of movement and the deviation of the concentric/eccentric movement from the target.

Reliable documentation thanks to automatic weight recognition
For safe and accurate documentation of training performance, it is essential that the training weight used during training is recognized and checked by the system used. The smart assist receives the measured values from a patented ultrasonic measurement sensor system. Both the main weights and the optional additional weights are displayed numerically. This allows the actual training performance to be reliably documented and the patient/customer to be systematically guided to training success.

Intelligent control of training intensity using the RPE scale
During power training and circuit training, the subjective perception of exertion is assessed at the end of the training session on the respective device using the modified RPE scale (ratings of perceived exertion). The scale is recognized worldwide and is based on psychophysical and psychophysiological principles and studies. According to the subjective intensity assessment by the user, a weight adjustment can be made automatically for the next training session, which is configured in advance by the trainer/therapist. The individual training progress is thus taken into account accordingly in the training control and the performance of the patient/client is systematically improved.
